Enrollment for Returning Students at SJLS
Returning students are eligible for priority enrollment. The priority enrollment period ends Friday, March 8 at 4:00pm.
To register during this time, follow these steps:
When all steps are complete and all accounts are current, enrollment for returning students is complete.
Enrollment procedures that are completed by the March 1 deadline secure a spot for that student.

- Open the link to the Student Profile Form.
- Complete one Student Profile Form for each student. This is a fillable PDF form to be completed by the parent and printed from a personal computer.
- Print one Tuition Agreement for your family.
- Submit one Student Profile Form per child, one Tuition Agreement form per family, and the registration fee of $275.00 per child to the school office.
When all steps are complete and all accounts are current, enrollment for returning students is complete.

Admissions Procedures for New Students
New students may submit enrollment applications starting in February; however, applications will be processed after March 15 and will be considered only if there are openings in the class. If there are no openings in the class, new applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

Note: Students are considered "qualified" if they have successfully completed the enrollment process, submitted all necessary paperwork, have been successfully assessed, and are students in good standing.

- Complete the Enrollment Application.
- Submit this application to the school office along with the registration fee of $275.00, the most recent report card, current standardized test scores, and a copy of the applicant's birth certificate.
- Make an appointment with the appropriate principal.

- Mrs. Ellis (jellis@sjlschool.org) for those applying to grades 4-8.

Tuition, Registration, Fee Information
Financial Aid
SJLS uses an outside company called TADS to help determine amounts for financial aid. The site is currently accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year. Deadline to apply for financial aid is May 15, 2024.
