A Bountiful Affair
The 5th Annual A Bountiful Affair is the premier social event and fundraiser for St. John’s Lutheran School and St. John’s Children’s Center. The Live & Silent Auction Wine Dinner, scheduled for Saturday, November 4, 2017, at the Kern County Fairgrounds, is a wonderful opportunity to support our schools, while enjoying fellowship with other parents and friends of St. John’s!

Tickets go on sale Oct. 2 and will be available online or in the school office while they last. You are strongly encouraged to purchase your table or tickets quickly...last year's ABA sold out two weeks prior to the event. Click here.
All proceeds raised from A Bountiful Affair directly benefit St. John’s Lutheran School and Children’s Center Tuition and Financial Assistance Programs.
Committee members are parents and grandparents of the School and Children’s Center. Many are returning committee members from last year’s ABA! It goes without saying that they are an integral component of ABA’s success and their time and talents are greatly, greatly appreciated

Volunteers are, without question an integral part of A Bountiful Affair’s success. It simply could not run or be successful without Volunteers! As needs arise, Sycamore messages will be sent and sign-up sheets will be literally posted on the "Special Events Coordinators' Office Door".
ABA Procurement Week is the week of September 11-15 and the time we collect valuable goods and services to be auctioned off at A Bountiful Affair. Click information below for procurement details pertaining to School Grades (K-6), Junior High and Children’s Center respectively.
Pajama Party hosted by Kidz Ministry!
Kidz 56 (our 5th and 6th graders group) will be hosting a Pajama Party for families who need childcare during A Bountiful Affair. Kids will have dinner and snacks, play games, make crafts and watch movies.
Space is limited; first come, first serve.
Ages: 3-year old (must be potty trained)-4th grade
Cost: $5 an hour per child
Hours: 4:30-10:00 p.m.
